A full-time (0.8 FTE) position is currently available for a Physical Therapist in the Home Health Care Department. Per physician orders, responsibilities include patient evaluation in terms of their ability to ambulate, transfer, and complete exercises (per physician orders); development of an individualized plan to increase the function of the patient after consultation with physician.

Candidate must be an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist.
